This contract is made between Candid Stories By Karthik and the client for the provision of wedding photography services.

Acknowledgement

The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.

Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details:

We will provide wedding photography services on [Date] at [Location] for a duration of [Number] hours.

2. Event Itinerary:

The Client shall provide us with a detailed event itinerary, including breaks and timeline of events, at least one week prior to the event. This will ensure that we have ample time to prepare and make necessary arrangements.

3. Team Space and Time:

The Client shall ensure that we have sufficient space and time to work effectively. We require at least 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before or after the event to set up and prepare. Failure to provide this may result in us being unable to deliver the expected quality and quantity of images.

4. Payment Method/Schedule:

The payment method shall be either bank transfer, cash, or UPI. The payment schedule is as follows:

  •  20% as advance upon signing of this contract
  • 70% at the end of the event
  • 10% just before the album delivery

5. Extra Time:

If the event runs overtime, we will accommodate up to one hour beyond the actual time without additional charges. However, if the event continues beyond this, additional charges will apply as follows:

  • 2000rs per photographer/videographer per hour for every hour beyond the initial extra hour
  • If the event goes beyond 4 or more hours after the given event time, the charges will be 4000rs per hour per photographer/videographer

6. Accommodation:

If the event location is more than [Distance] from [Your Location], the Client will provide accommodation for the photographer(s) for [Number] nights.

7. Food and Travel Expenses:

The Client will provide meals for the photographer(s) during the event. If travel is required, the Client will reimburse the photographer(s) for actual expenses incurred.

8. Image Delivery:

We will deliver the final images in digital format within 60 days from the event time. A first set of photos will be shared either the next day or within two days of the event date.

9. Copyright:

We retain the copyright to all images created during the wedding. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use.

10. Model Release:

The Client grants us the right to use their likeness and images for marketing and promotional purposes.

11. Cancellation:

If the Client cancels the wedding or the photography services, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within [Number] days of the event, the Client will be responsible for paying [Amount] of the total fee.

12. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

13. Liability:

We bear no liability for any damages or losses incurred during or after the event.
